My previous dentist office (of whom I loved)no longer accepts my insurance so I had to go through the process of finding a new one. Like finding a new hair dresser because the one you love has moved on...nobody likes the process. Alas, I called on a Friday, was greeted well and booked for the upcoming Monday! Front desk gals were lovely and to my surprise, it was the doctor who came out to get me from the front. She was very thorough, upfront and clear about the process. I explained my circumstance that brought me in and was clear I didn't want any services that were above and beyond my standard cleaning unless they were medically needed(gum health is crucial and should be taken seriously!) Will did a great job taking my X-rays and then he worked with another lovely gal (forgot her name) who did the initial exam, Dr came in and went over all the findings, a plan was formed, I opted against 1 suggestion, but was never made to feel pressured. They accepted my decision, I signed authorization and waited for the actual cleaning. As someone whose majority of experience is with the hygienist, that is always most important for me. I am very thankful this office has several, so you can opt to try another if someone has a "heavy" hand or not a communicative as you're used to. All in all it was a wonderful experience and I look forward to being treated by one of the other hygienists and seeing Dr Rattanasena again!

Absolutely love my cleaning done by Sammy and my Doctor R is the sweetest . Always enjoy DA Andre who always keeps you laughing. Love this team
